Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

The staff was efficient neither friendly nor un hospitable. Having breakfast was nice. Now for every thing else. This is perhaps the most drab dingy hotel experience I’ve had. The carpets are old and unclean. The toilet barely flushed and the tub was dingy /dirty. There were dirty towels in the hall welcoming us to our room. The room didn’t smell great either . The pillows were so flat and bumpy that it made a good night sleep impossible. It was also so loud due to children running around unsupervised. Overall poor experience. Plus we had to pay parking. Just pay a little more bc this was terrible

Front counter staff very helpful regarding shuttle to Broadway, downtown in Nashville. Didn’t know about it until I asked about cost of a taxi or Uber. Loved the shuttle service.

Although i found one amazing enployee, the persin who was checking most people in was short and deceptive with her answers. Although the location was an unfortunate victim of the International IT Fiasco, as a hospitality locatiin they should have had all hands on deck versus managers walking back and forth acting like nothing was happening while travelers were kined up outisde the doors to check in. When i finally received a room, there were dirty wet towels at the door, no shower gel (empty bottle), not enough towels and 20 dollar parking for guests (ridiculous on a 300 one night stay for 2 queen beds.

Extremely rude staff. Terribly understaffed. No parking was available for my vehicle during a 4 day trip and they couldn’t have cared less.

The complimentary breakfast and happy hour available every day. The airport shuttle would drive us within 3 mile radius. Had issue with shower and staff quickly upgraded our room.

The trip was good. Went for a family reunion. Decided on Embassy because of the complimentary breakfast, happy hour and airport shuttle. It saved me money. It was easy to find the shuttle at the airport. The driver was very nice. The ride to the airport was easy as well. It was super early but the driver tried to make everyone laugh. Breakfast was good for it being complimentary along with the omelette station. The restaurant was pretty good. We ate and drank there a few times waiting on family. The staff allowed us to hang in the lobby area with friends and family with no issues. It does need some touch up/renovations. The room was fine but there were areas in the room and bathroom that were worn down but everything was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall the trip was great. Service and staff was amazing all around the property.

Very noisy, not many breakfast options, not very clean, room very small compared to other embassies we’ve stayed in with exact same room, price overly expensive as well compared to other embassies, $250 a night?! especially for what’s provided! And paying $17 to park my own car in a regular parking lot outside hotel is INSANE! Certainly will NOT be back to this Location! Very disappointed

We had to book last minute due to flight changes. I booked through hotels.com, but then was also charged at the hotel for the stay. The room didn’t come with extra blankets for the awful pullout bed, when I get to request more, they were never delivered. The coffee maker didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean. Over all it was a pretty crummy stay. The staff for the most part was nice. Shuttle driver was miserable and made it a pretty uncomfortable experience for my kiddos. This isn’t the first embassy I’ve stayed at, but the experience makes me not want to return.

We were staying here to make an early morning flight easier. It is a nice , convenient hotel near the airport. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The happy hour was a nice surprise. The restaurant food was tasty, though perhaps a little pricey.
