This hotel was A+. Very clean, lots of amenities, plenty of parking, great proximity to airport, and only 15-20 min to downtown.

I was able to check in two hours early without any questions. The hotel had very nice amenities. I loved that I had a Starbucks on site. I also loved that the restaurant stayed open until 1 AM. It was nice to have on site parking though I felt that the $32 a night charge was exorbitant. The hotel room itself was pretty forgettable. It was nice that the TV for login to streaming services. You cannot adjust the temperature in the room and I woke up sweating. The bed wasn't comfortable, so I woke up with my back hurting.

Not enough Handicapped Parking. Cars parked in Handicapped parking with no evidence that they were Handicapped (No decal or tag). Need to include pet fee in third party registrations. Disappointed that you had to pay an additional fee to park.

My Delta flight was cancelled and I had to book a hotel to stay overnight in order to leave on another rescheduled flight for the next morning. When I attempted to check into the hotel after already paying for Sonesta Nashville Airport, I got to the front desk and they said they were out of rooms and couldn't help me. I attempted to find an Expedia help - line but was on hold while I waited at the hotel for 2 hours. After begging the Manger behind the desk to clean a room for me after someone recently checked out she agreed and I was allowed in. I am requesting a meal voucher as well as my night's stay to be reimbursed due to Expedia booking me on a completely booked hotel. The stay was nice but we did have an issue with the toilet rocking a bit and mentioned it to the staff who indicated it would be resolved (it was still not when we left). during our stay it poured down and made traversing the parking lot like walking through a river.

Weekend qetaway. Hotel was in a good location, easily access major highways. States it's a four star, didn’t feel like it. Wasnt super impressed. Staff friendly and professional. Sorta felt nickle and dimed, with the additional fees - parking, hotel fees. Equaled an additional $40.00 per day.
