The hotel parking was unclear. There should be a parking lot just for guests and you not have to walk so far

Management management charged as $115 early check-in because we checked in at 2:30 in the morning due to flight interruption and had to check out by 9 AM the next morning, but the way the flight was booked when I scheduled it. Our check-in wasn’t until 4 PM That day, which is extremely upsetting this is probably the worst management I’ve ever seen in a hotel. She was nasty extremely rude and though they cared about was getting the money out of us.

Very nice Hotel in the vacinity of JFK Airport. There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel so you need a car. Parking is free and safe.
The rooms are very modern and clean and the personel was very friendly. The hotel is linked directly to the Resort World casino. Disadvantage is that some of the restaurants in the resort are closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so the nearby food choices can be limited but you can buy decent breakfast items at the hotel owned cafe near the lobby every day.

Service is amazing here. We have been staying here a few times when flying though JFk and have always been very satisfied with the entire hotel but the staff especially go out of their way!
