Marriott New York JFK Airport

Everything at the Marriott Bonvoy was excellent. From the front desk, the room, the bar, the restaurant. All was a very enjoyable experience. Comfortable, everything we needed right there. Very friendly staff and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Close to airport with shuttle service, that makes your trips to and from the airport less stressful.

I was greeted by Fatiha at the front desk and was immediately welcomed. If you are lucky enough to meet her, you will understand. She was such a breath of fresh air after flying all day. She immediately made me feel at home and expedited my check in.

This was a very cookie-cutter hotel with just barely the amenities you would expect. I thought the stinginess of the property spoke loudest when it came to the single-cup coffee maker with a no-name coffee. I thought Marriott hotels had certain standards? This wasn’t good value even given that what you pay for with this type of property is proximity to the airport. One bright note—at midnight, the Marriott shuttle driver, a lovely woman named Koanne, was like a ray of sunshine—professional, cheerful, attentive.

Nice and close to jfk with shuttle service every 30min. Will definitely stay here again. Very nice property w radiant, bar and room service.

Waited 45 minutes for airport service in cold weather after flying for14 hours. Room service was lousy ober am hour and very limited menu.

Everything was great, a lot of space for four international travelers!!

Nice view, clean rooms. The free airport shuttle was so useful. The only bad thing is that the neighbor on the next room was making too much noise. I couldn’t sleep all night long. I could hear this person talking on the phone speaker all night long since 12 am until 3:30 am when I left the room for my flight. I was so disappointed that call customer service around 1am they said they will notify their security but nothing happens. It looks like the room that I stayed was connected to my neighbor room that is why I was able to hear his phone conversation.
