Best Western JFK Airport Hotel

Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure why this hotel has not be condemned. I have never stayed anywhere where there were bugs! Lesson learned, don't stay, even for one night, at another Best Western!

Good location next to airport . So we wouldn’t have to get up as early if we drove ourselves. Service was good.

What a great hotel. Definitely no frills but very clean, comfortable and friendly!! Very close to the airport and convenient hotel shuttle service.

Would not recommend this hotel. Close to airport, but very small room. Can't even fit suitcases anywhere unless you block the door. Entry light switch would only stay on for about 20 seconds and then auto shut off. Bathroom sensor light stayed on all night - couldn't get it to stay off. Thin doors - heard noise from hallway and other rooms. Freeway noise. Hallways are tight and too many small doorways. No breakfast currently because of covid.

Have to pay $27.00 for parking. Not expected self parking means you have to pay 💰

Close to JFK airport and access to expressway. Surrounding area is rough.

Helpful Front Desk. Prompt in sending someone up to help with setting A/C. Free shuttle to JFK on the 30, 24 hrs. Snacks and breakfast available with late check-out options. Perfect for my needs. Will stay here again.

For the price they charge and the brand image, this hotel felt far too cheap and tacky. No soap in the dispensers in the shower; carpet worn out. Bed was just about adequate. Positive: it is super close to JFK airport - but so are several others.

Liked proximity to JFK airport. Would have liked two chairs instead of only one in room. Did not receive wake-up call as requested for 3:45 a.m.

The area around the hotel is awful — literally right next to public sanitation facility! I didn’t feel comfortable leaving hotel to get food or anything. Inside is nicely decorated, the room was as shown online, the bed and sheets were comfy. The pillows were way to big. The shower was sparkling clean. It’s a fine stop if you just need to wait for your next flight but not a place to stay for vaca Tt ion in my opinion
