Residence Inn by Marriott New York JFK Airport

I needed a room for the night before my flight out the next day check-in process was easy and I was handed a room key with no hassle.

1) Check in could have been a lot better; i)Signs @Federal Circle,by Howard Beach subway Stn,need to be clearer; I had to ask car rental oeoole where the free hotel shuttle left.ii) Then,' Michelle' from Marriott Freeohone said she could not arrange a callbback from JFK Marriot Resudence hotel ane ' coud not help me'.Why not?!2/.No shuttle bus,when all other hotel- buses arrived at 9pm on.21st Octv24..Luckily,another hotel- driver dropped me off @hotel,where I saw 2 shuttle buses outside it....2/ More positively,I mentioned the above to 'Kevin',a Duty Manager,who apologised for ' Michelle' s' action( or inaction!) and made me feel better about staying at a Marriott hotel in future. I absolutely love this place! Convenient airport shuttle, super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and super comfortable rooms. Oh, and amazing complimentary breakfast.

Good location convenient to JFK. They offer free shuttles to the airport.

Really nice clean quiet hotel. Convenient location to the airport. Nice to have the free shuttle. It’s a neighborhood area so no nice restaurants to walk to. The staff is super nice. Only inconvenience is how crazy expensive is to stay in NY.

Everything was great, except having to wait so long for the shuttle. Then when it arrived everyone boarded and that was fine, but then it stalled on the way to the airport. I think the shuttles should be checked and serviced regularly for wear and tear. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Great place , friendly. Super clean. I. Great condition, across the drive is a Marriott with a bar and full service restaurant. A good place to lay your head between flights at jfk. Also has shuttle service to airport.

Very convenient hotel to JFK, the restaurant in the sister property across the courtyard was excellent. Staff very friendly, nice complementary breakfast and continuous free, shuttle service to and from the airport

I stayed only one night, but the hotel was great. I picked this for the shuttle. Make sure if you are taking the shuttle in the morning to the airport you arrive early to get on because space is limited. When I was leaving one couple had 5 suitcase between them and it took up a lot of the space. There was a line of people to take the shuttle by the time we left. But I would definitely stay here again. The front desk reception employee, Kevin, was so welcoming. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Very clean. I enjoyed my stay.
