Hotel was clean and breakfast was adequate. Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone. The neighborhood is terrible. If you stay here, plan on not leaving the hotel.

Overnight stay due to airline cancellation. Good shuttle access to and from JFK airport. Room was acceptable and clean. Very limited services at hotel.

Staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind. Valet parking was very easy to use. Breakfast was great. Location very convenient to JFK Airport. Room was clean and comfortable.

Helpful swift checkin. Great staff. Easy access to Manhattan with hotel shuttle to Airtrain to Penn Station. Nice breakfast offerings. Not much in the way of close dinner options but price is right and, hey, Manhattan! Will stay again.

Had an 8 hour layover so booked this because it was very close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle was very timely. The morning shuttle was full so they paid for us to take a taxi. Really good coffee and muffins available at 4 am! Comfortable room.

Great hotel for an overnight stay to get to the airport. Not a hotel for vacationing. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Rooms are on the small size.

Perfect place to stay if you are between flights and want to get some sleep, the hotel has a free shuttle to the JFK terminal so its very convenient to get to and from the Hotel. Has complimentary breakfast which is also a plus. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. In case you want to take the shuttle from JFK, be aware that you need to take the air train first and then locate the Hotel shuttle pick up point

The room was clean breakfast was good…the only problem was parking. If you have to use there parking lot you have to pay. I feel once you book a room and you paying almost $400 for that room. You should be able to park your car on the property without having to pay extra for your car to stay on the property overnight.
