It is always hard when you read reviews. After seeing poor reviews of not friendly staff, uncleanliness of hotel and concerns on parking, happy to say I disagree with all! Hotel was very clean, staff friendly. Yes there are homeless across street at tracks and they do charge for parking (only $10, which is cheap for any city) but had no worries of safety.

Surprised about the extra room charge, as well as parking charge.. where else would we park? There werent many cars in lot anyway, plenty of room..

Our trip was excellent. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Front gas check-in serviceman was an absolute gem. I will be staying here again when I visit Omaha. My only and one complaint was that it was listed as no charge parking but we were informed when we got there it was 10 per night. Not a deal killer and the staff waved it when I showed him our hotels.com reservation notice. But I feel that charging for parking in a parking lot seems a bit more than I should have to think about.

A decent hotel in downtown, however there isn’t any real secure parking for guests. So be sure to bring everything in when you check in.

My van was broken into and they basically said it wasn’t their problem. I had to pay for parking separately and was told the cameras didn’t show anything. That was it and who eve owns the parking lot needs to be responsible or have something in place for customer safety . What made it really was being parked right by the entrance

Paying for parking was new for me, there is an event center or something next door and one of the nights we stayed we has to do laps around the parking lot to find a space.
Additionally, there are several homeless shelters right next door to the hotel. In our room the shower curtain was in a U shape so the curtain constantly sagged into the middle, giving almost no coverage from the shower to the rest of the bathroom.
My biggest complaint is that when I booked this hotel they said they had a hot tub. However, the hot tub has been filled in with cement. But the indoor pool is heated so that was nice at least.

no basic toiletries offered in the room such as lotion or kleenex. also they dont tell you its $10 per night to park in their parking lot. Really in Omaha? its not downtown NYC or LA. Also front doors dont open without being let in due to "security"....sketchy....wont stay here again

the website said they have a shuttle, but there was not a shuttle. That was a little disappointing.
