There were big cob webs on the ceiling just above the night stand. The tv had 2 blown dots right in the middle of the screen. The air didnt work properly and we sweat most of the night. We had stayed there previously and did not have to pay for parking now you have to pay $15 to park in there own lot.

The hotel room was great. Perfect amount of room, breakfast was a good variety of food. The only complaint that I have is that the parking lot is not big enough for all their customers we had to park along the curb because there were absolutely no parking spots. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The room was nice but there was something sticky on the carpet in the middle of the floor. Our key to our door only worked after trying about 20 times. And we weren’t aware that it was $15 a night to park in their parking lot until after we arrived. The pool area was nice and the workout area was great. Breakfast was good each morning and the staff was terrific.

After a very long day of travel went to check in and the girl was helping someone on the phone. I believe we waited more than 15 minutes for her. She apologized and comped our parking. She should have taken the callers phone number and called her back

The A/C stopped working in our room. Temps were in the upper 90s so didn’t take long for the room to become too hot to sleep. No vent in the bathroom so room also felt very humid. Also limited parking and they oversold the parking spaces available so people had to park in areas that were not parking spots. Very unsettling that a person who paid for parking had to worry whether there was going to be a spot for them when returning to the hotel. Paid parking should give you an assigned space.

I only had 1 sheet on my bed. When I called down to the front desk while standing in my pajamas, they said I’d have to come grab it. No parking.

It was a surprise checking in to find out that parking you're car here had its own nightly charge to deal with.

When we arrived to ckeck-in, the woman at the desk ignored us when we had some questions. After giving us our keys, she quickly turned her back to us to have a conversation with a coworker. We tried to get her attention but neither of them would acknowledge that we were even there. Later that night we had a much better experience with a different person at the desk. Also parking is an issue. We were charged $15/night but were only able to park in the lot once due to the lot being full. They obviously charge everyone regardless if there are spots available. The room was nice and spacious though.
