The rooms are Always Comfortable.
MOST of the People at the Check in desk are GREAT!
When we get older. The ease of
checking in and parking is a MUST.
We Do NOT care for GuyF Food choices. So we have to go Elseware. Which is unhandy for us.
But Council Bluffs has Plenty of GOOD Food Choices.

Check in was horrible. There was one person helping people and we stood in line for 20 minutes before someone came to help. That person took 10 minutes to get logged in to a computer. Once we got our key we headed to our room to find it was still being cleaned at 7:00 PM... We had to wait another 15 minutes before getting in our room. The hotel is aged and rooms fairly clean. The pillows were the size of quarters on the bed and were horribly uncomfortable. The rooms are very loud and even being on the second floor we could hear people outside in the parking lot all night.

Super nice people! The room was very comfortable. Had everything that I needed. Kinda a hike from the parking garage, but it was all indoors which helped.

The sink was semi-clogged and drained very slowly when shaving. My girlfriend took a shower in the morning (not a long one, we were in a bit of a hurry) then I took a shower and it was COLD. The water did get warmer after a few minutes but this was with the temperature all the way to hot the whole time. We had a river view which didn't offer much, we could hardly see any water, but it's sure better than a parking lot view.
Overall, the room was nice and clean, the employees were all very nice and helpful.
