Candlewood Suites Ontario - Convention Center , an IHG Hotel

Stood this weekend area is decent and parking is around the back. The rooms and cleanliness is very good. The girl at front desk was very uninformative she gave me no info at all so we figured out parking is in back and also entrance to hotel is around back. Rooms are huge and has a kitchen which was nice. Cofee was in front which was nice. No late check out was offered when I asked.

This was a last resort while flying out of Ontario. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor had women’s long hair all over it. The grout was black. Went to go to bed and there was crumbs in the bed. Called front desk and she offered to send someone to inspect room advised I needed a new room.

Close to the airport, but not so close to hear the airlines.

Although the lobby area had an unpleasant odor, the rooms were clean, updated and very nice. Very convenient to the airport. You can hear some planes and a train passes behind the hotel, but the noise was not a problem. Great choice of you need to be near Ontario airport. Super friendly staff!

This is going to be my Go-to when flying into Ontario Airport. So nice and convenient. Recommeded

We keep coming back because Candlewood is clean. The rooms are spacious enough with mini kitchens with full fridge, range, and everything you could need to be self-sufficient. The staff are very friendly and the housekeepers put their heart and soul into their job (with the exception of one in particular). Housekeepers do such an excellent job multi-tasking, it is worth mentioning. Grocery & shopping are close by by car; not a friendly walking area. Free coffee but no breakfast. Overall, Candlewood is comparable to the better hotels in the area except it is bordered by the airport noise on one side & Holt Blvd traffic on the other. As long as the windows stay closed, noise won't be a problem.

I stayed in a king suite and the room was very spacious. The kitchenette came in handy. The floor I stayed on was quiet and the bed comfortable. WiFi was fantastic and parking easy. The AC and heater was easy to use. Water pressure on the shower was perfect. I’d stay here again.

Last minute stay. Had to wait for help at front desk on check in for a bit (it was like 7 pm). This is an okay choice for the airport area, but disappointed there was no breakfast & the front desk had me pay for a soda & water separately even though they took a 100 deposit, which was a bit aggravating - can't charge it to room, haven't seen that in 40 years of travel. So go next door to the mini-mart. Clean & modern room, was okay but not the best value & wouldn't stay again.

Candlewood Suites is on par with the higher priced hotels in Ontario. We have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times over the past few months before during, and after our house was being sold. We have tried the more expensive hotels but always return to Candlewood because of the overall convenience, cleanliness, and the staff are so nice. Jennifer, the blond who works days at the front desk (I apologize if I didn't get her name right) was super helpful to my whole family. There is ample parking and fully equipped kitchen. Cannot say enough good things about Candlewood, well, except for the handicap-equipped rooms. Due to the logistics of the handicap rooms they are more sparse, and not as well equipped as the regular rooms for obvious reasons. If you find fault with this hotel, go try a higher priced hotel (the Element) and you'll realize how great Candlewood is. If you still have a problem, then you need to look at yourself. Candlewood is great!

Rooms were surprisingly nice and clean. Lobby area was hot with a fishy odor. Not sure where it was coming from. My window looked like someone had either used it to exit the room to the parking lot because the screen was broken and both windows unlocked. Luckily I was able to fix it myself and get both windows to lock. Other than that it was just fine for an overnight stay.
