Quality Inn Ontario Airport Convention Center

the room seems clean, and airy, although the hotel is low on service cleaners, so I had to get my towels and toiletries at the front desk. No room cleaning serivice. Also disabled parking is across other side from room, front desk gave me the 10 minute parking. Front of door of bedroom. Can hear people walking o floor up stairs and I was on ground floor. Noise from the freeway. As for breakfast , do not believe its fil on meal, fast food takaway style. No cup lids on coffee cups of juice cups. AC is strong, and bed is comfy, soft didn't not want to get out of bed. Tv channels some what limited/ Roku is better TV viewing.

1st it shows FREE airport shuttle but when you call they say its $25 round trip unless you booked with them not 3rd parties. Then no HOT WATER LAST DAY IN A HALF . Cold showers isn't right and when you ask if they'll credit you no ones knows the answer. Very disappointed with this stay.

Comfortable, free parking, clean. Would stay again.

Every aspect of my stay impressed me. The customer service, my room, the parking lot and breakfast. I felt safe, everything was clean and in great condition and despite being right next to ONT airport and the freeway- it was really quiet. I went down for breakfast- made my own waffle in a waffle iron, there were hot breakfast sandwiches, pastries etc. and orange fresh picked from the trees on the property. Easy check in and easy check out. I got the room on expedia for a pretty good deal- worth every penny. Have spent more for faaar less. If I was to come up with a complaint- I would say it would have been nice to have the option of bananas or apples at breakfast.

Decent if you need some where to stay close to the airport
