Nice studio with kitchen. But $18 parking fee was not clearly reported up front

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. The location near the airport worked great for us. There is ample food & grocery nearby, as well as easy access to major highways. As noted in other reviews, the property is older, however, we had no issue with this whatsoever. Check in - we showed up a little early. Got in, no problem. Very quick process for both rooms we booked. Parking - there was ample parking every day we were there, even on days when the hotel was sold out. With the way the property is configured you can park just as easily in the front or back. Rooms - we booked 2 of the 2 bedroom (aka Penthouse) rooms. While the rooms showed a little bit of wear, they were perfectly fine. The AC was already cooling the room down when we entered. The linens were clean, as was the bathroom & kitchen areas. Our rooms were spacious. There was cutlery for 4 people with plates & cookware. Outside noise - despite being sold out on the weekend we were there, the property was generally quiet and our rooms were near the pool & breakfast areas. At night we heard no noise at all and were able to sleep with no issues. Breakfast - the breakfast was good. The food cooked was fresh. The breakfast area can get a little cramped if it's very busy, but we made it work. The staff kept up with the food demands, as well as keeping the area clean. Price & Overall value - we would stay at this property again for sure. We love the rooms size, easy in/out and the breakfast.

Teens outside until 3 am, couple arguing in parking lot. Needs to be remodeled. Staff needs trained

Before we even parked, cop cars sped into the parking lot to chase a couple suspects who stole a car. Our door was nearly impossible to open each and every time. Upon entering, we had to step over leaves and debris in the room. We found many dead fruit flies on the white sheets of our bed. Many other fruit flies were buzzing around the room. Rollie pollies were walking around the floor of the room. Large spider webs hung behind the curtains with in the window spaces. Morning checkout could not come soon enough. Worst hotel that I had ever stayed in, especially with a wife and daughter to experience it with.

I haven't experienced such squalor since I stayed in youth hostels as a teenager. The premises are old, dirty and poorly maintained. I refused to sit down anywhere in the room, and wanted to take a shower after I got out of the shower. The hotel charged $17 for parking, even though on-site parking was plentiful. They explained that the hotel was across the street from the Ontario convention center and they didn't want non-guests using the hotel lot. That would be a reason to charge non-guests $17. I will never stay there again, and will think twice before I book another Marriott facility.

The walls to our room was really dirty the rug was worn out, vests on the wall were popping out and when we got to the room the A/C didn't work. the couch was really small. The appliances were new and kitchen wear was great the bed and shower were decent as well. the deposit was $250 and I was told it could possibly take a month to be returned. Finding a parking spot was difficult due to limited parking space. Overall it wasnt worth $200 dollars a night.

The staff was friendly and check in was fine, but the property is really run down and the rooms are old and worn and didn't smell great. Someone was pounding on doors at 1am, which made it feel unsafe. And I really can't believe parking is not included in the price. Would not stay here again.

I reserved this property because of the hot tub and its proximity to the airport. When I got there, the hot tub was out of order, and there was no shuttle to the airport. Additionally, I had to pay for parking. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known these things. Further, the room was dirty, and smelled bad.

Dusty… we had one towel for 2 days. The door didn’t completely close. I woke up every morning congested. Loud people in parking lot all night. Altercation outside my room at 330-4 am..
