We could not get the thermostat to change anything but 70° was far too cold. We had to turn it off and then we were sleeping really hot. Then there was ants in the bathroom. I guess I just gave you a poor rating because I didn’t sleep well, but they did get us there to the airport in time and the lady was nice upfront when we told her there were no outlets to plug in my sister‘s CPAC machine and or for us to charge our phones we had to run it across the room And if anybody would’ve gone to the bathroom in the night, they would’ve tripped so we weren’t happy about not being able to get an outlet to work the things we needed to work

Problems with United Airlines. Had to spend the nigt to fly out next day. The only reason I book your hotel on Expedia was because it said it had airport shuttle. NOT TRUE. I had to spend extra money and take a cab. $25.00 Will never choose that hotel again. Food and service was good. Not that impressed with the room.

Wow is this a tired hotel. It is in serious need of an update. The front desk needs training - asked to be put on an airport shuttle and they put it on the wrong day. The room was missing a toilet paper dispenser and some furniture. Air con was not. The only positive was the restaurant. Great service & food.
