The man at the reception desk was not very professional, he didn’t wear a uniform just a red GAP shirt, no name tag , and he wasn’t the most welcoming. I should have got his name but I didn’t since I was tired from my late flight. If he didn’t come from the back I wouldn’t have even guest he was a worker.
The room faced the parking lot in the back that had this tow truck or car transportation truck. Something was happening during the night and it was noisy during the night.
The bathroom didn’t have great circulation of air so it smelled bad, the shower knobs were hard to use and there was a bug in the shower!, the beds made us itchy and was uncomfortable for my husband and had a stain one of the twin beds.
We’re grateful they offered breakfast, and The waffle maker was great probably my only positive and favorite part, but there wasn’t enough protein options during breakfast. Mostly carbs and dairy. Still better than nothing. Maybe we came too late but just wishes there were more protein options.
The woman during check out seemed really nice and seemed to listen to other guest complaints. she was hospitable.
I liked the close location to the airport but it still felt really sketchy and I don’t think I’ll come back. I understand it’s older a little more run down but the quality of the bathroom put me off and I really felt scared like not safe for some reason. Even though my husband was with me I couldn’t sleep and usually sleep the best in hotels. I’m disappointed.

I stayed on the 3rd floor , the shower was not working as the shower head was loose.the water was over flowing i asked the reception To fix and they told
The plumber will come after 8
00am.o had to leave for the airport b4 8.00a.m.
In the advertisement on your website the hotel says they hv suttle to the airport.when i checked in the front deak, they i have pay $12.00 for it. They did not say this on the website.
The standard of the hotel does not justify for a 3 star hotel.

Hotel was okay, definitely got what we paid for. The front desk staff was very friendly so that was a plus. There are no restaurants near the hotel, and the hotel has no dining options on site except for the standard breakfast. Room was okay, we had glass on our floor when we checked in and the floors and walls were super dirty and the shower wouldn't drain but the bed was clean and comfy so we made do. There are no mini fridges and the vending machines were out of water so couldn't keep anything cool. Hotels.com said it had shuttle to and from airport, got to hotel and it was $12USD each way and the hotel would not budge on price. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the complete wrong spot in the airport when we checked out and we had to race around to find the correct location 2 levels up. As mentioned, it was fine for the price but won't be back.

Hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Exterior needed cleaning maintenance was doing what they could. But it looked a bit neglected needed a parking lot sweeping with a machine lots of tree debris leaves etc. With wind blowing service was good. Employees were happy to help when needed. Pool was nice and clean.

Read the fine print CAREFULLY! "Free" shuttle service ends at 9:00 pm and BREAKFAST was not served until 7:00 am, just after I had to leave, instead of the more standard 6:00 am. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but indoor/outdoor carpet, especially with its brown and black colors looked a little sketchy. Also, I did not see any elevator so you might need to ask for a first floor room if the stairs would be a problem. It is an older place with large rooms, a refrigerator and microwave, so it could be a good match for the budget-minded person, but more like a "motel" then a hotel.

AC made loud noises all night. Advertised airport shuttle starts too late for 6AM flights. Sewer gas smell in bathroom.

The staff was wonderful. However the hotel needs a modernization and a bit more security in the parking area. Some non guests are roaming at night.

Overall, not a bad place to stay, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay near the Phoenix airport. The one thing that was a drawback is that their shuttle service ends at 9 PM, and this wasn't communicated very well (if at all) on the reservation website. So, when our plane arrived at night, we had to make our own arrangements to get to the hotel from PHX, at our own expense.

There is nothing around this hotel - shops, restaurants. It is in a business area.
Airport shuttle stops at 9pm and doesn’t start till 7am. Be aware for any early or late flights.
