Very noisy air and plumbing. Turned off air unit during stay. Room next to Electrical Room so strange noises occurred regularly, Staff was very friendly and shuttle service was very helpful.

My son and I stayed at this Marriott owned hotel the night before our 5 AM flight to the east coast. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Marriott always has great people and beds. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the walk to the PHO sky tram instead of an early shuttle being available. But our plane did LEAVE at 5 AM.

Amazing location near Phoenix airport. Recently underwent a total remodel. The restaurant staff was AMAZING! Such kind and knowledgeable folks. I have found my new home away from home in Phoenix!

We came for two nights to visit the Mayo Clinic for cancer treatments. At around 3pm on 7/23 we were attempting to nap after a nightmare day of travel the day before and a heavy morning at the Mayo Clinic, when very loud and incessant construction began. We asked the front desk what was going on and their only explanation was that it was happening on all floors and wouldn’t be done for a few hours. Was very very inconvenient for us, I have video to show just how loud the construction was. They didn’t provide any solution or reprieve, just a comment of “you can check out if you want to”. Very disappointing

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was also very clean. The only thing they didn’t like about the hotel was they serve breakfast but at least for $15 a meal $15 a day for parking. The room had a nice walk-in shower very modern sink. Above the bed was two lights on either side, which was nice. It also has a microwave in a fridge. There is no ice machine or water fountain but they do offer bags of ice in the front for free and orange flavored water from a dispenser.

The location was close to the airport. I was delighted to be so close and yet have a comfortable and relaxing sleep at night.
