Not in a great part of town, but it was functional for our need. Plenty of parking, which was nice. The room could've been cleaner, dirt and dust in the corners. The main surfaces were clean, but the whole room wasn't as clean as it could be.

The hotel was only a 10 minute ride to the airport. The wifi never worked, but I had my hotspot. The elevators and the hall on the 9th floor was hot.

Check in person was very good. Had difficulty finding convenient parking to check in. Had to park in the back and walk around. I was quoted a good deal on parking for a time while we went on our trip but couldn’t get the deal because we booked with hotels.com instead of direct.

Doesn’t look like the pictures. Paid extra for a double king which doesn’t exist there. The airport shuttle took AN HOUR to pick us up.

Antonia, at the Front Desk, was excellent!! Very friendly, helpful, and made is feel welcome. We were able to check in early and hang out in the pool. Used the free hotel shuttle to go out to lunch near the hotel. Nice area by the front desk with food and drinks for purchase Using the free shuttle to take us to the airport today.
