It’s very safe around the hotel. We left the car in their lot for a week while we traveled. No problem. Near the airport. The hotel provides transportation to the airport. Nice pool. Only one problem: no places to eat nearby. Closest restaurants are a 10-15 min drive.

The staff was wonderful! Transport to the airport was quick & efficient. I hey made it very easy to leave our car while we were gone on a vacation. On the other hand, there’s no place to eat anywhere close. The rooms & furniture get a lot of heavy use being so near the airport. It’s due for a renovation soon.

I enjoy this Hampton Inn, friendly service, good breakfast and free early morning coffee. My only complaint on this last visit was the pillow quality, too flat. Time for an upgrade, there should be a pillow monitor. Pillows are everything when traveling away from home.

The staff at check in were extremely helpful. They got us into our room early and helped us to obtain a late check out as we were effected by the Westjet strikes and were dealing with flight changed. On check out the staff were less accommodating, but in the end managed to help us sufficiently.

Liked the location to the airport and skytrain and clean rooms and the breakfastwas good. There were areas in building that smelled like sewer gas in hallways and near lobby which was surprising.

Picked this hotel as close to Sky Horbor Airport and had 24hr free transfer also excellent price
