SureStay Hotel by Best Western Phoenix Airport

This place is ideally situated for the airport and the pool is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable my only gripe is the 24hr airport shuttle available on demand. It is not I had an early flight from phx and requested a 4.30 4.45 ride to the airport as i had an early flight was told no 4am or 5am only on the hour, unfortunately this didnt work for me so ended up with a ×$20uber

Hotel was convenient to the airport. The 24 hour shuttle was reliable and even though the place is being renovated, my room was very clean.

The room was clean and spacious - no complaints. The staff were also very friendly, but the hotel policies need improvement. #1: The early check-in is absurdly overpriced. They wanted $25 to check in 2.5 hours early on a room that was only $99 for the night. No thanks, there is a great brewery around the corner that will give me a better value for that $25 in 2 hours! #2: I booked here because of the free breakfast and airport shuttle, but the shuttle only runs EXACTLY on the hour and breakfast does not begin until 6am (meaning that you can only get breakfast if your shuttle is at 7am or later). Also, there was absolutely NO grab and go option for early shuttles. I've never stayed at a hotel that wouldn't give you a piece of fruit and a muffin if you are taking an early shuttle. This hotel is not in a part of town with a grocery store within walking distance so the hotel breakfast really is the only option. If they really want to position themselves as an "airport hotel," they should align their policies to support early departures.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Being proximate to the airport we weren’t expecting much, we had a very late arrival and just took the closest hotel we could find at the best price. The price was reasonable but the room was actually much nicer than we were expecting. It had been recently renovated, they were still in the process of renovating rooms on the other side from where our room was. No noise problem to speak of, we did hear a dog barking that sounded like it was in back of our room but it wasn’t loud. The room itself was a basic room with king bed but it was large with vinyl plank flooring in the living area and tile in the bath area. Linens and towels were fresh and the bathroom area was very clean. We were only there one night so didn’t do much more than shower and sleep in the room. Breakfast was continental, small selection of carbs, cereal, fruit and beverages. Their coffee was very good! However, avoid the chewy doughball donuts.

Just needed a few hours & a clean place to crash close to the airport because the shuttle couldnt get me to the airport early. So came down the night before. Room was recently renovated, hard floors no carpet! Bonus in my book. Room was clean. Walk in shower with glass doors. Plenty of room. Bed wasnt that great but serbed its purpose.

What a wonderful and beautiful place! The people and staff are so kind and helpful and welcoming! Made my travel so easy! Highly recommended! Clean room so beautiful!

The "hotel" is actually not a true hotel but a motel. There was no places to eat at, not that I would have felt safe doing so given how EXTREMELY sketchy the neighborhood is!! The staff was friendly, customer service was good. The parking lot was well lit and the rooms were clean. Not bad for a quick stay - definitely worth the little money I paid.

Conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle service. That’s probably the only good thing. Otherwise the area is a little sketchy. The room is OK but not worth the price. They’re undergoing major renovations right now so lots of construction trucks, tools, noise..,

There was no prior notice that the property was being remodeled, some trash and debris everywhere. The breakfast was not very inviting. However, the location was reasonable for my travel.
