It was a good place to crash for the night while waiting for connecting flights. It’s a no cash establishment. Signs in the hotel indicated a Starbucks onsite, but there is no Starbucks or coffee shop onsite anymore. Maybe remove the signs to avoid confusion?

This hotel is clean to the "T". Nice pool. Rooms are nice and quiet. Good food. Great location to the Phoenix rail system or the airport bridge. Overnight parking available, but no special prices if you are staying there and flying out with a return stay. :(

Really nice stay… friendly guests Clean hotel, perfect for a night getaway or just as a travel spot when flying. This hotel is directly across the sky train. The only off putting thing was I requested a king bed but we received a two bed queen room but all in all we had a great visit.

Under no circumstances should you take the tram to get to the hotel; it's too far of a walk and your luggage won't survive. If you use the tram, the hotel shuttle pick up is at the 24th Street terminal and runs every 30 mins. Drop-off will be at whatever airline you're flying on.

I was at the hotel for a short overnight stay. The staff was friendly at check-in, the bartender (Mike) was very attentive and friendly and the food that I ordered was very good. The room was okay but clean. I really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport and that I could catch a shuttle at 3:30 in the morning. I would stay again for that early morning flight.

Checked in last minute due to a flight delay and staff were very accommodating. 10 minutes from PHX. Room was clean, breakfast at the restaurant was quick service and food was good. Parking garage was easy to navigate in and out.

Quick and comfortable option for airport customers. The toilet didn't work right and the room was a 3/5 of cleanliness. My room backed up to a parking garage but it wasn't too noisy. Cold A/C in August in Arizona and a comfortable bed made up for it. Check in staff was very friendly.

Construction during my stay was extremely noisy but that aside hotel was clean and room was nice the area around the hotel isn’t the best but the fact that it’s right next to the airport and air train makes up for it
