Lighting in the evening was poor. Some wall switches didn't work. Room lighting was marginal. Perhaps the poorest lighting I have had in all my travel experiences.

Terrific staff, comfortable room, free parking. Close to everything we needed for an impromptu weekend in Portland. Not far from anything we wanted to do. Shops nearby if you forget anything. It is next to a highway, so if you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem. Breakfast was included and coffee was really available.

A very uninspired hotel. OK: layout, lighting, parking, breakfast buffet, most of the linen. Not OK: black hair on and in the top sheet, lack of linen/pillows/blankets for the sleep sofa, really loud doors and halls, and worst of all black mold in the shower. When we left I told the woman at the desk (Rachel I think?) about the black mold to which she replied “oh, on the caulking? Yes, perfect” and she walked away. Not my idea of acceptable PR. Will definitely not be staying with this company again.

We traveled with a group of 12. We appreciated the connecting rooms (2 of the 3 rooms), to give us some extra room to hang out together. We appreciated the pack-n-play that was available for our 6month old granddaughter.

We were on the interstate side of the hotel, so it was quite loud. The airport was also on that side, so even louder. Room was okay, but could have been cleaner . Breakfast was fine.

Amazing, great breakfast, awesome room and beds. My only dissatisfaction was the heated pool was not working ( needed parts to repair it) however the friendly staff made my stay incredible. When you travel not everything will be perfect, like the pool being cold but good customer service is priceless!

Holiday overbooked and contacted us while we were boarding our flight. The property Holiday booked us at was one we rejected during our trip plans....it turned out to be alright, just not comfortable in terms of safety, that for us ranks high. Holiday refunded our booking and comped our stay at the other property and communication was great. We have stayed at Holiday properties over 200 times although we don't log loyalty programs, we book at Holiday because of consistent service and cleanliness.
