Excellent service and a great staff. The room was great and the lounge area was exactly what we needed for our travel hockey team. Perfect hotel

We chose this hotel for the pool and because when I called to confirm, they said they were able to provide full size cribs for infants/toddlers. The pool was too cold for swimming, none of the children who tried to swim would go in. They also only offer pack n plays. We were traveling with a toddler, so had we known either of these things we would have chosen elsewhere.

I had the impression that a shuttle to the airport was offered, it was not since I had to at the airport at 5pm and no transportation, I decided not to check in but book the Best Western near the airport instead

They canceled on us, but we were traveling and didn’t see the email till we tried to check in. Never got a notice from Expedia. 7pm on a Friday we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay. We were charged for the hotel, with no refund pending.

I have to commend the after hours front desk person. I had a morning flight at 5:45 am, however the shuttle normally starts at 5 am. with security at the airport I was anxious to get there a bit earlier than that. the person at the front desk called taxis for me, but could not get one at that time in the morning. She then said if she could not get her shuttle driver early she would drive me. Exceptional service. I would stay here again if for no other reason than this. The shuttle driver came early and I made it safely to my flight back home.

Hotel was clean and attractive. Close to airport. Awesome restaurant (Italian) across the driveway!

Yes, it was only 3stars but the only thing 3stars about the hotel was the beds. They were a little worn but not uncomfortable, you just had to be aware when you sat on the side of the bed. The room was warm and inviting, nicely decoarted, clean and quiet, eventhough it's next to I-95. Easy access to downtown Providence and about 6miles back to the airport (a straight shot if you turn left instead of heading for I-95.....update your GPS and follow what it says. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating with lots of info on local restaurants and their recommendations . They even allowed us to print our boarding passes! Would we stay there again? You bet we would!! We wouldn't hesitate a bit.
