Nice hotel very near Providence airport. Hotel is older, but clean and quiet. Room smelled very strong of bleach upon arrival.

This hotel demolished my confidence in all Hamptons being a clean, reliable place to stay. The floors were nasty and sticky, the furniture looked like nefarious activity had been taking place since 1992, the shower flooded the bathroom (hence a mild smell).
Alas, it was close to the airport and we only needed to sleep 6 hours.

I enjoyed our stay. Modern, clean, and friendly staff. Very close to the airport if thats what you're looking for. Only negative was the breakfast buffet in the morning. There was at least an hour left before it was to close but they ran out of food. So get down there early if you want breakfast. At least the cooked items, like eggs, sausage, etc. We got the last bit but many people came after and were disappointed. They asked the staff in the kitchen and they said they were not making anymore. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We showed up to a dark, unlit parking lot- not even the hotel sign was lit. On a busy Friday night, there was ONE staff person at the hotel. One. There was not one other staff member in the physical building. Shameful. AND, it was her fourth day of employment- she herself was awesome. But, because she was alone when our room key failed it took a ridiculously long time to fix the problem. An hour and 40 minutes to fix the problem. That was with me attempting 5 (five) different keys and the app key. She finally had to come with a master key (there were no other rooms available because they were that busy) and let us in. It took longer to get into our room than it did for us to drive there. Once in the room there was zero bedding for the pull out couch, so that took another 30 minutes to get. Again, because she was ALONE.
The next morning a maintenance person had to get some hand held machine to reset our room lock. He was shocked to hear that on a Friday night there was only ONE employee working in the building. Once our key worked we avoided being there.
We did also note that the back door that was supposed to be locked was not locked any of the times we came back to the hotel. Not once did we need our key to enter the building.
We won’t be staying at this place again. The staff, amazing. The person who schedules the staff, sucks. There should always be at least two (2) people staffed and IN the physical building.

We always try to stay at Hampton Inns because we have always found them to be of a certain standard of repair and habitability. This was an outlier. Our plane was late and we could not arrive until almost 3 a.m. We had been told twice, we had also called to say we would be late, to call the hotel and they would contact someone to get us. When we called, the guy answering the phone only would tell us that they did not provide transportation. The airport attendant got us to the cab stand. As Honors members we usually are offered water upon arrival. Nothing here. The room was clean but run down. The beds were not like other Hampton ones. The water only trickled out of the faucet and the sink would not drain. The room was musty smelling. Don't know why the powers that be at Hilton had not inspected and insisted upon the facility upgrading.

On the way to airport, with an overnight stay and left car for parking.
Lyft driver was estimated for 9 minutes on return and it took her 30 minutes to get to the airport. That was frustrating.

The rooms were dirty. Multiple broken items. Every guest we spoke to had the same review. Hair in shower drain, toe nail clippings in the bathroom, heat not working, holes in walls, etc. for a hotel next to the airport I was shocked that the only thing nice in this hotel was the lobby!

We flew in to Warwick, stayed for a family Mother's Day visit. We arrived at approximately 1:00 am after a midnight flight arrival and picking up car. The entrance was closed. No one was at the desk. We continually knocked on door, rang the bell/buzzer w/ no answer, called the desk number directly, no answer. After about 15 mintues the desk person arrived. We checked into a room on 4th floor where neither the heat or a/c would turn on. Had to go back down and get another room. This room paint was falling down off ceilings, door carpets old, dirty, desk chair faux leather peeling off, medication pill on bathroom floor. During our stay we heard kids at night running up and down halls (a lot of kids there at breakfast- not sure if there was some type of kids event in town). We spoke w/ Joseph the a.m. desk person (manager wasn't available) who at check out who stated he would speak to manager and have them reach out to us. We have not heard back. Will look at other options to stay for our next visit.

It was surprisingly quiet especially given the proximity to the airport. It would be nice if there was a guide given to let you know what channels are available and if they had a list of local restaurants that delivered. Other than that, the day was great.

we were informed the hotel was being rennovated and our room was done-it just needed new furniture. It was painted yes, but paint splashes all over the floor and AC unit, The couch and chairs were saggy and worn and all the wooden furniture had chips in it. The AC/heat only blew cold air-couldn't adjust warmer. The pool was murkey couldnt even see 1/2 down to bottom so we couldnt use that. hotel is right at the airport heard planes and emergency vehicles all night. guests smoking right outside the entrance door-- will never stay here again
