I was traveling with my teenage son. I had an event to attend that was nearby the hotel that started at 3 PM. My check in time was supposed to be 3 PM, so it should’ve been an easy transition. However, my room was not ready for over an hour due to Other guest being allowed to check out late, coupled with the fact that they were short on housekeeping staff. It was very uncomfortable for me to have to leave my teenage son there without knowing that our room was secure. Wow, one of the ladies at the front desk was apologetic and offered us a $10 coupon for food, the other one was Not concerned about our situation at all. In fact, she acted as if she was completely unbothered and had no consideration at all. It made for a pretty uncomfortable stay and a $10 coupon was not near good enough compensation for what we experienced.

Didn't have a complimentary breakfast and the shuttle was slow/late but at least they had it. Everything else was really nice.

Requiring paid parking half way thru my stay was off putting. You need to be clear to all Guests about the policies. I’ll be staying where parking is included going forward.

I was told housekeeping only comes per request as opposed to on a daily basis. No body soap, the dispenser was empty. The toilet had issues flushing. I guess this is the price of convenience when staying near the airport?

I was able to stay at the same hotel as my friend. Not too far from the highway which is perfect because I drove to the city but also right by the airport which was nice because she flew in. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were all extremely friendly. Def would recommend and stay here again.

Very easy check in process. Clean hotel, large room, modern furnishings, huge shower! 24 hr airport shuttle, nice bar area. I would certainly stay here again.
