The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport

I stayed one night to get to RDU for an early flight. The bed and linens were super comfy. The gym is large, has a lot of equipment, cool towels and water available. The rooftop pool was small, but the outdoor sitting area was cozy.

We needed a good base for our trip to the area and near the airport due to early flights out. The Westin was perfect!

Staff very friendly...Starbucks on first floor and also the excellent over pizza from the hotel restaurant. Parking was not only easy but there was a security car in the parking, great for women and solo travelers. Thanks, elena

Near the airport with lot of eating options. Still very quiet. Beautiful new property.

Awesome hotel, very clean, but was a little disappointed when our room was given away after I had called and said my flight was coming in late and would arrive a little later the problem was finally fixed, and we were given the room that we had asked for

Great place, clean room. Welcominf front desk. Starbucks in the lobby is useful, and service was quick. Simple parking, and shops are nearby. Highly recommended.

This hotel was in a great location and close proximity to the airport and everything I wanted to do. There is a shopping are right outside of the hotel which makes it convenient to get food as well as shop. I will come back to stay.

Brand new hotel with staff that doesn't care. it took a couple minutes shy of 1 hour to be picked up from the airport for a 9 minute drive to the hotel. You CANNOT arrange a time for them to pick you. The front desk often does not answer their phone - ever. So, no room service that night. I was truly surprised because I have stayed at other places in this hotel chain, so I inquired about all of this and was sent a canned response from some assistant ( manager must have been too busy to respond LOL ). I will avoid this place. It's a shame, because it could be such a great place. ... you've been warned ...

There was a wedding or something on the 3rd floor and the guests took up all the parking...Me and my wife went shopping and drove back with no where to park...😪

We couldn't watch TV due to the degree that the picture pixelating.This was on all channels! Also, the website notes that there is shuttle service to the airport; what their website does not note are the hours that the shuttle runs.
