Easy check in. Great service. Front desk gentleman was great and provided assistance to secure a very early taxi pick up to airport. Chop House restaurant next door is great place for any meal

The room had a damp funk to it. The carpet smelled like it had just been cleaned but not in a good way. I’m an experienced traveler but expected better. I’ll choose a better place next trip. (Need week)

Fine for a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. Mediocre breakfast. Shuttle was helpful.

Definitely a fine bed when our flight was delayed overnight. Close to the airport and a fine shuttle. Friendly desk service. But the room carpet was damp, it seemed like there was a spreading leak into the room from outside at ground level, and there was also an unnervingly loud drip in the wall/ceiling.

Service was great, staff very friendly. Location is right on flight path for RDU. You hear aircraft often. Otherwise a great stay.

Check it was great- super friendly and thorough. Overall, a good basic place to land before a flight. My only concerns- the duvet smelled like b. o., and the air freshener used was so strong I had a headache.

This is a clean, well maintained, modern facility. The night auditor is courteous, friendly, efficient, and will go out of her way to help a guest---in my case even after checked out. The shuttle service runs on schedule. You WILL get to the airport on time unless you are late getting to the shuttle. The driver I had is courteous, friendly, and has good taste in modern jazz. There were only two complaints: One bedside lamp did not work. Unplugging from a power strip and plugging it directly into an outlet corrected the problem. This facility does not recycle recyclable materials. There is no excuse for that in the 21st century.

I had arrived several hours before my check-in time, and when I called, I was greeted by the concierge Reggie, who assured me that shuttle service could get me to the hotel from the airport, that he could hold my luggage for me as I found somewhere to eat after a very long trip and that he cpuld get me an early check-in as I was eztremely tired. He then also offered me restaurant suggestions and even granted me a late check-out because of the timing of my flight. From beginning to end, he was one of the most personable and memorable customer relations I have ever experienced, and I travel often several times a month for work. The hotel was very conveniently located and superbly maintained. I felt very safe at all times and applaud this hotel for one of the most noteworthy experiences I have ever been delighted in the midst of incessant commutes and a chaotic work schedule. If you get the honour of meeting Reggie, tell him Dylan from NYC says hey!

Proximity to the airport was good. The shuttle was adequate. The elevator was out and the breakfast was disappointing.

Convenient location if you need to be close to the airport. Staff was really friendly. Coffee and water available 24/7 in the lobby. I didn’t get to eat the breakfast but for the price I thought this place was well worth it
