The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best of its kind that we have had, in terms of variety and quality. The staff was good and we appreciated the cucumber lemon water and free cookies in the lobby! The only problem we had was that the guest in the room above must have had an early flight and showered at 4 AM. It was quite loud and woke me up, but that was probably an unusual event.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and started our busy day off just right. We also liked the free parking. We will definitely stay there again.

Don’t usually do reviews, but this place was very well maintained and staff was super accommodating. They even let me use the shuttle to do to a show at SGR! Room big, clean and comfortable.

Great property at a fair price in Reno! The location is not ideal, but with a little driving, I could access restaurants, etc. My room was clean. The breakfast was robust. There is plenty of free parking. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I recommend staying here!

We check in Saturday around 12 am and clerk person not friendly at all. Customer service is very important at a hotel! Also no parking available

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Good hotel for families. The shuttle bus was very convenient to have around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Near the front desk is a small area to buy drinks, snacks and even frozen meals.

The property is in a good location yo travel around the city, near freeway However the room was not as nice as our previous stays and the bathroom floor was not clean when we checked in Also found out that if you want your room cleaned you have to let them know the night before and no on said anything about this at checkin

Nice room, conveniently located near the airport and major highways. Staff were nice, the free breakfast was good! We will stay here again when we visit the Reno/Sparks vicinity.
