Really nice stay. Covered parking. Clean pool and spa. They are remodeling so some construction going on but the room was nice clean and comfortable beds!

It’s a great hotel with dated rooms. The location is the best for visiting the old town areas of San Diego. We walked everywhere and felt safe. The hotel staff are very good. We plan to stay there again. The parking lot is limited to cars lower than 5’8”. All others including ours, park on the streets wherever you can find a spot. Sometimes the old town visitors take up all the street parking and you park some distance from the hotel. Plan your days well and you should be fine.

I traveled to San Diego with my whole family (12 of us) and had a great time. The hotel is close to everything, is very walkable with great food & shopping nearby. The staff was very helpul and friendly. The hotel is clean with great amenities and safe. We'll definitely stay here again.

Property/rooms were a little rundown. Staff was nice. Outdoor area seemed nice. Location was good. Glad there was street parking- an extra $30 daily for parking is ridiculous but seems to be the norm in the area.

Close to airport was a plus. Staff was friendly. Hotel was quite old and needs an update. Bathroom had black stains on the floor of the tub and black flakes came out of the bathtub faucet after a minute or so. Breakfast was ok though. Beds were ok.

Nice and clean, and quite. the problem is the parking at the basement is really awful, so tiny can't fit the two cars.

This is an older motel but very clean and well maintained. We appreciated so many things--the secure parking; the excellent front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff who went the extra mile; the exceptional breakfast choices way beyond standard; the beautiful pool area with extras for the adults and kids; plus the excellent location to the MTS system for going downtown and all the amenities of Old Towne that we love.

They charge $30 for parking, when parking should be free for staying guests. The smell and humidity in 2nd floor where we stayed was disgusting.

Loved staying here. Just a heads up, the parking on the street is free. But I would recommend parking in their garage if you don't want the occasional transient hanging out by your car.
