This property wasn't ideal. Loud trains passing by, older facility - I had to move my room because my AC wasn't working then was moved to another room where the toilet was running, lightbulbs were out, and the remote was broken. Clientele wasn't professional. Each morning when I would walk to my car there were cases of beer outside of the rooms in my hallway. Very odd that we have to pay for parking too when it isn't even covered parking. Let's just say it wasn't the best stay I've had but it wasn't the worst either.

It was great! We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but both of us slept well. It was a very comfortable room! We did have noise from the train but since others had posted about it and we were expecting it, it didn't bother us. I would recommend this place to other travelers!

Reasonable room. Good location. A bit noisy, next to train station and bus hub. Poor construction quality, second floor window overlooking the parking lot had a broken frame and would not lock.

I enjoyed the stay here , it was so clean, the staff very friendly, the noise level was perfect. I felt safe staying here, I really liked the fact that during night hours you need your room key to be able to go inside the building. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. If you are traveling solo I really recommend this hotel

I checked in on Tuesday evening and didn’t get a chance to put my parking pass on my dash. I went out in the morning to find my truck was towed. Staff were blaming it on me.

The room was comfortable, a little dated, but clean. I called the hotel to get a shuttle from the airport which was great. But then when I called the night before departure, the front desk said that they don’t have a shuttle. So that was confusing and inconvenient to figure out the night before departing. There were two phones in the room: one with the numbers to all services which didn’t work and a regular phone with no numbers. So I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to ask a question. It also wasn’t clear that there was no housekeeping daily. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well kept.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Wonderful amenities. Close to freeway. Starbucks and bagel shop in same parking lot, so perfect. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Our room was clean and comfortable, very convenient to Santa Clara University. We felt like it was a safe area for walking. There's a Starbucks in the parking lot which was great for our morning coffee/food. It was a little noisy, as the train station is next door and the tracks are directly behind the hotel. It didn't bother us, but if you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place.

I called and asked if I can check in early, the front desk guy said yes, But then when I got there the older lady at the desk aptil was her name or something like that, said why am I here early” I said oh I called just 20 min ago the guy at the front desk said it’s okay I can come in now mind you it was 310 check in time is 4pm she said “well I don’t know that guy left already so I don’t know “ and I said well I just talk to him 15/20 min ago otherwise I would have not left the restaurant as fast to come in and check in, she kept ranting about I need to fill out paperwork there’s a lot of paperwork to do before blah blah blah and I was like what do you mean? I already paid thru Expedia, so the only “paperwork” I did was the parking permit so I don’t know why she was trying to stress me out she was so rude I will never be staying here again. Also my room was not clean the garbage wasn’t taken out there was band aids and floss with blood in my bathroom garbage
