Close to the airport and Shuttle service

Pros: Location, close to where I needed to be in San Jose. Access is right off the highway so it's simple to commute. Neutral: Plenty of parking, but $30/night the nights we were there. I didn't mind the airport or highway noise too much since i was there mainly in the late evening and left early mornings. Staff is fine, front desk was efficient but a request for a mini fridge was ignored even though they said they would bring one. Negatives: Room had a stale/old smell, door security latch was broken and hotel definitely shows it's age. Overall: I won't stay here again considering the options in the area and I'm willing to pay a little more. I actually checked out early and forfeited my 2 of 4 nights since I had other lodging options.

We requested a nonsmoking room and was placed into a room rigged with cigarettes. We couldn’t sleep so requested for another room, they transferred us to supposedly a club room. Not a club room at all the room was old, dirty and didn’t have soaps. Parking was $40/night. We checked out a day and a night early and went somewhere else. Waste of money!!! Will never stay here again.

Unfortunately i was extremely surprised that rooms doesn't have badic things like small fridge or microwave. Our room for all our time of stay (4 days) not even one time cleaned, taken trash out which any other hotels always offering. When i confirm with receptionist she said i probably put dont disturb which we didn't even have that sign in the room. Also be aware parking is $30/ daily which when i booked wasn't mentioned.

Rooms are very outdated and the AC did not work. The water in the tub would not go down the drain it would take time to do so the rooms need renovations feels old and sad. The only good I can say is the front desk was great and spacious courtesy shuttles to the airport. But I would not stay here if you don’t like an old feel and like using an A/C that actually works.

This place gets worse and worse every year! We travel yearly to Hawaii and use Way Parking so it's convenient to stay here , but this year takes the cake! The entire hotel smells like vegas (stench of cigarettes is disgustingly overwhelming) and literally only one plug works in the room, only one lamp works, the carpet is filthy and bathroom is nasty and had hair on the floor. Nothing about the room was appealing.

Excellent distance from the airport and they provide a shuttle as well.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier. The ticket dispenser for the parking was empty which would not let us enter until security came to let us in. Very confusing how it will work when we return to pick up our car since we never received a ticket.

It was a nice hotel with decent amenities. I liked the lobby bar. I was disappointed that the steakhouse restaurant was closed, and disappointed that they charge $30 a day for parking.
