Hyatt Place San Jose Airport

The hotel is overall great. But the fact that I already paid to book my stay here and still need to pay for my parking $20 a day and that depends on what car you have. Which is crazy. So i am not staying here anymore. This is the first hotel i stayed at that required you to pay to park.

It’s a great place to stay when traveling to catch a flight. Free shuttle to SJC and they serve a warm breakfast for a fee.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place San Jose. It was convenient to the airport and to San Pedro Square. Our room was very quiet, and very clean.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very spacious, ideal for families. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service; the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

First off, be aware that this hotel is now charging at least $20 per night for parking in the hotel parking lot. We stayed here at the beginning of July, and there was no fee for parking. When we stayed here again on our way through at the end of July, we were required to register our vehicle and pay a $20 fee to park overnight. This was never in our original reservation. Buyer beware. Rooms were standard Hyatt Place, and there is a Denny's within walking distance. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was bland and very "California" (3 types of milks, overcooked waffles and very little food of substance). The hotel is right next to the PayPal offices, if that's what you're looking for. Overall, we would not stay here again. The bait-and-switch feeling over parking left a bad taste.

The airport shuttle driver was outstanding, and should be commended for his friendliness and courtesy.

The staff was excellent- speedy check in process. The rooms were big and the bedding was comfortable and clean. It was 4 minutes to the airport. I would go back!

Everything was good, enjoyed the continental breakfast. Would’ve appreciated if parking wasn’t additional. Overall, enjoyed our stay!
