I want to say that this greedy super 8 is one of the worst business to take advantage of there customers that ive ever seen, this friday the 21st we had a global disruption happen which meant all over the world planes where grounded banks where closed etc because of microsoft download etc and these guys where so greedy they ended up being sold out because all flights where canceled and they still took our money even though they made double and we werent able to get to them due to all planes being impacted, i hope everyone takes knowledge of this greed and dosent choose to stay with a company this greedy.

Where do you begin? Family was furious at me for booking it. Shower didn’t work, barely any outlets, except where they sawed out part of the bed. Lousy coffee maker, scary area, expected to get robbed. hideous lighting, took 10 tries to open door. Nice pillows, decent bed. Good 5g cell. Easy to airport. Won’t be coming back.

Some outsiders entered the parking lot at the back of the area late at night, played car audio rock music loudly, talked loudly, and played until dawn. The property owner needs to strengthen the peripheral management of the area. I stayed for three days, and only one day I could sleep!

I was interrupted in a conversation with my sister and was told to calm down when I was having a personal conversation with just her. When I confronted the staff member he got extremely aggravate, shaking and told me I couldn’t stay after I had booked online the night before. The hotel room was a entire safety violation. I have a video of exposed outlets and how dirty and run down it was. It smelled horrible. No trash can. No phone. No Wi-Fi service. People smoking narcotics in the parking lot. My keys took ten times plus of inserting before the door opened but my sisters next door worked fine. Cigarette burns on the bed sheets. Patches on the bathroom tub. Dirty walls. Just the worst I’ve ever stayed. The service was just the worst though. I had to get to the point where I asked the staff member to call police to help intervene because of his level of being so upset. Once that was brought up was when the demeanor changed. I came from out of town for one night to attend something at Levi stadium and both me and my sister had each booked a room. This should be taken off hotels.com. It’s a horrible company to promote. Reviews online say enough.

The staff wasnt too bad. The people they allow to stay there were! Lots of dirty worthless dope feens. Tweeking in the parking lot working on thier cars or smoking cig after cig and throwing them all around thier car. The motel seems to allow them to do so or else theyd shut it down and kick scum like that out. Theres children we saw there that would have runny noses and only wearing diapers and be all dirty and neglected it seemed . there is trash and overflowed garbages everywhere ! We didnt have hot water for a few days. Or door didnt open right. It also had a huge ass crack in the door. The rooms arent all that bad really. They just really need to get rid of all the worthless dope feens and that place should be a decent spot

Graffiti and hand prints on the headboard. No hot water. Door had a gap from either being pried open or kicked open previously...either way you could see outside. Upper level where our room was was uneven/sloped and in need of repair Hotel appears to be a low income residence for some (certificate of residence in lobby). The only restaurant in walking distance is a Dennys that had someone in mental distress hanging by the front door and looking in window. The entire area/location is sketchy...so much so that we had to leave at 3:30 am to catch a flight and the lobby was locked. Business is done via a bank style window. Weve had good luck at Super 8 in the past. This location is not recommended.
