Clean, modern hotel. Located in industrial park area but very close to airport and minutes by car restaurants and shopping. Beautiful rooms loved having a kitchenette.

Super clean, nice hotel with comfy big king bed in my room and mini kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe location near John Wayne airport and close to beaches and Disney. Would definitely stay again, especially with the decent complimentary breakfast that’s better than 99% of other hotels.

Far enough from the heavy traffic around the SNA airport. Front desk is always friendly, love the 24 hour coffee in the lobby, fruit water and the evening tea sampling table.

First time at Element Irvine and will definitely return. Clean rooms, friendly staff and free breakfast! Location is close to SNA airport and many dining options.

This hotel was very clean and breakfast was really good. The staff (front desk) is rude and doesn’t know much about customer service or how taking money for rooms that were pre paid impacts YOUR life when traveling. This I give this hotel a zero. Beware ask a hundred questions and make sure they know what they are doing. So rude and disrespectful

Great condition and amenities, clean and quiet, great staff and very good complimentary breakfast. However, the parking is not included and is expensive $25dlls taxes per day.

in such hotel no water to drink even 2 bottle of water which is 2 $ after charging 250$ it wasn't complimentary, parking the same for the guest to pay. asian brands n services are more better than america where the customer service maters lot but found here the most worst . dont bother the guest for paying for 1 bottle of water, and each guest has a car arrange parking . its a way of hospitality , but always business and money does not come first in services and customer care
