It was nice that they had their own parking garage due to the small amount of parking spaces around the hotel.

Beautiful property, felt safe with our children there, about 5-6 minutes from the airport, so perfect for our early morning flight out

Excellent. Received an upgrade because the room we chose was not available. Pet friendly. Cons: high pet fee $70 and parking fee.

Room was great! Very large, clean and comfortable. The have an amazing water dispenser in the lobby which I used several times. I never received a receipt emailed for the parking charge which I need for work reimbursement. I’m sure I can call and get it but it’s one more thing I have to do. The gym was closed and there was a maintenance crew in the lobby. I was disappointed in the gym being closed. It resulted in me paying $25 for a day pass at a local gym.

We always stay at this hotel when in Irvine. Unfortunately, this time around we were greeted by the most unpleasant man at the front desk when we were checking in. He was so rude to the guest arriving right before us, but since we didn’t hear the beginning of their conversation, we were unsure what caused it. Then he greeted us with same unkindness and irritability that we had no idea what was going on. Whenever we travel, we stay at a Hyatt, but we are pretty sure we will never got through this on this specific location. The man at the front desk was obviously troubled by something and I feel for him, but client facing staff should not behave this way. He completely ruined the pleasure of staying and coming back to this hotel.

I dont like the extra parking fee when you pay so much for the room with less than a 24 hr stay.

Area is quiet and safe with easy parking. The building is up to date. The room is spacious, up to date in design/style, and clean. It has a kitchen with fridge and dishwashing machine. Great customer service from the staff.

I slept so good, I hit the snooze button twice! Scheduled an airport shuttle for the morning. When I came down to check out they said they weren’t going to be able to shuttle me to the airport but they would call an Uber, on them, to take me. Didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast before I left but did take a look and it looked good. I def plan to come back to the area and will def stay here again

Nice and clean room, not much of a view. Nice staff. Didn't like having to pay $22 for parking. Breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of our stay.
