Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport

Dirty carpets and expensive parking. Smelled funny in the room. Loud people in the hallways late at night.

Parking over night is $42.00 which is very expensive. No place to park. They need to check the capacity before taking cars is. I had to depend 20 minutes to find a parking space and that was $42.00. They need to be more honest with guests.

When I booked this reservation, there was NO mention that parking on the property is $42/night. This caught me totally off guard!! As a school teacher from Montana, I could barely afford the room let alone $168 for four nights of parking!!!

we checked in for two nights after a long flights so we put the do not disturb sign on the door. We left the room at 11 AM and came back at close to 10 pm to find both rooms not serviced. I called reception and they said...well you had the DnD sign on ... but I took it off at 11 AM ... they said house keeping only checks once .... if you need service you call and they leave at 4 so no service after 4 ,. In every Hilton or any hotel for that matter ... house keeping has a list of rooms that need to be serviced ... if a room has a dnd sign then they come back in the afternoon ... this is standard ! On other issues, on arrival to the room the toilet was not clean and had signs of hair from the previous guest ...the second day the toilet got plugged and I had to drain it myself ... parking is full all the time because it seems that the hotel rent s out the lot for airport parking and they have the nerve to charge 40 bucks for overnight parking. The beds are super uncomfortable and the AC is ancient and noisy. Anyway one of my worst stays at a Hilton

Have enough parking space, but you have to go around to find one. The parking is quite expensive and not listed when booking.

Was surprised they charged for early check in as well as self parking charge which was higher than I recall on Expedia site

Stayed here one night for an early morning flight out of SNA. The hotel is convenient to and very near the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle that is very convenient. There quite a few places to eat within reasonable walking distance. The hotel has a little age on it but is very clean and well-kept. There is onsite parking but it’s quite expensive. I recommend the hotel shuttle. I misplaced my glasse while there and the hotel staff went the extra mile to help me locate them. I will stay here again when passing through the Orange County area.

Needs some updating. Staff was good. Airport shuttle was wonderful. For the price I think they could invest in better pillows

Conveniently located across the street from the airport . Fine for those who don’t plan to spend time in their room . Rooms are outdated . We had a plumbing issue with the toilet. Our was not cleaned the 2 nights we stayed there. Was not happy about that .

Its perfect for flights. I stay there every time I fly out of SNA. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly.
