AC Hotel Irvine

One draw back was the hotel claimed ev charging on property. That is not accurate. There is charging stations but not on property. They are located in the retail parking and only have the slow speed chargers.

Self parking was a pain and vallet is silly considering they park the car directly in front of the building

Very comfortable, clean, and staff was extraordinarily polite. Def take advantage of the valet-- so worth it. Quiet and peaceful, but very close to the airport and minutes from UC. I hope to be back.

Good hotel and clean. The issue is parking. They have none. Valet is $60 a night and parking at a garage a block away is $25. For that reason alone I will not go there with a car again.

Loved everything about the hotel except the parking situation.

Parking is so over price $25 dollars a day is not true it's $20 every time you go in and out of parking structure in one day I spend $60 on parking in that structure $40 for valet is way over price it's no free parking no discount parking for vets parking way different at other AC locations I have been to

This is a lovely clean modern hotel. Room size was a bit tight for four people with 10 days with of travel luggage but we made it work. We arrived late after a long drive and I was disappointed that our first room didn’t have a sofa bed for our kids to sleep (we did book one) so we went back downstairs with all our gear and then upon arrival to the second room had no linens for the sofa bed (I did also ask prior to check in)— and then when the linens were brought it was one sheet and pillow so they had to go back a second time…. I recognize how privileged that sounds but we don’t vacation often and that was hard at the rent of a driving day with two tired kids needing some sleep. Otherwise beds were very comfy and we had a good stay.

Great stay. Only complaint is the bar didn’t open until 5pm. Very walkable. Had to Uber from airport. No shuttle.

Very pleased with our stay here. Checking in was very easy and the staff was polite and welcoming. Self parking was easy at the structure near the hotel, the valet said we could unload our stuff from the car then park but we did not have a lot so we did not do that. We weren’t around much so we did not use the amenities - the pool looked great from a distance. Bedrooms were nice and clean, I do like that the rooms didn’t have carpet. We didn’t mind the room not being cleaned or towels replaced, we weren’t there long enough. The only recommendation for I have for the hotel is more towel hangers in the bathroom for guests to hang towels. I will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.

The hotel was overall quite good. The location near UC Irvine was very convenient. Everything was clean and the staff were pleasant. However, the parking situation was a bit ridiculous insofar as how expensive it was.
