Great atomsphere. All employees were very nice and helpful. My dog had an accident in the lobby, i was mortified but they handeled it kindly. The room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice too. My toddlers favorite part. I highly recommend staying here, especially if traveling with a dog or kids.

I appreciated the indoor hallway to the event center. This was a stay of necessity as we had one of the heaviest snow and freezing temperatures. Thank you for not charging us for parking!! Paying for parking is rediculous when you already are staying for the entire weekend.

In truth, there's nothing to review. We arrived before our concert at the Premier Center next door and were told that they "overbooked ... like an airline." We prepaid for our room months ago and, as of this morning have not been refunded yet. Very frustrating. They arranged for us to stay at a different hotel and after I asked for transportation to and from the concert, they did provide a shuttle for us. The shuttle drivers were very kind and we still enjoyed our plans, but it was definitely disappointing and frustrating to be turned away from the room that we booked and prepaid months ago. Regardless of whether it is standard practice to treat customers this way, it doesn't make it okay. I expect to be refunded immediately.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. I think the only thing I would say, is if you have a very early morning flight, and you have to go to bed early, well, this is not the place to stay. The bar area is located in the center and noise really carry’s throughout the facility. I had a five am wake up and was not able to sleep due to the loud noise volume stemming from the bar. Our neighbors were pretty loud as well. I wasn’t able to sleep until after the bar closed and people settled down for the night. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The facility is really nice and comfortable.

There isn't anything i could complain about. We were here for a concert so we could just walk there. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. There is a lot of parking space available. Very beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our time here.

Dee at the front was very kind and the shuttle service they provided throughout Sioux Falls was very helpful. Room was very large and the pool/gym were clean
