First night there was an issue with the toilet as it did not want to flush. We booked this hotel thinking it had free parking but we ended up paying for it. The ladie at the register were very nice both times and very patient with my family and I. The second stay, the room was clean but the bathroom had a used shower loofah sponge from the previous guest hanging from the hotel supllied body wash and the bathroom walls were filthy. The do not disturb sign was also dirty. Breakfast was not that great the food was pretty but the taste was not there. The water jung we got our water from didnt have any orange or lemon slices in it which was fine but there was still pulp in the water that made it unappetizing.

This place needs some updating! Please know you will have to pay $10 a day to park. On top of that, the parking tag they gave us never worked, and we had to call the lobby every time we wanted to come and go.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. My only complaint is they do not have free parking at the hotel even if you pay for a night’s stay. It was an additional $10 fee.

Was a quick exit odd interstate, convenient parking but may be a bit of a walk if hotel is busy (overflow lot). The atrium was quite noisy with huge groups of kids in the pool. We had atrium balcony rooms so the noise woke us earlier than we wanted. When the kids went down to swim there were no towels for over two hours, the pool was not big and it was way too crowded, and there was not enough seating. Mary at the front desk was great, but the other woman who checked us in barely acknowledged our existence.
