Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis Airport

Stay away from this hotel! It’s absolutely disgusting and dirty. When we arrived, we noticed the flood and elevator were dirty and smell but didn’t think much of it. The room the gave us had this terrible smell between humidity and weed. I asked for another room, they sent me to one that the key was not working, then to another one that was even worse. It was late and diced to stay for the night, we had been traveling and exhausted. The bed my husband sleep in has bug beds and the 3 of us had the worst allergy for the humidity. One of the beds had dirty linens and didn’t include enough towels for all gets. When we requested another towel and fresh linens and the Staff said no clean ones in the entire hotel. We decided to leave even when we had paid for another night.

The property was an "airport" location, so it was convenient to the airport, but not much else. If you had taken a shuttle from the airport and did not have a vehicle, it would be difficult to get anywhere.

Every staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. They happily went out of their way to assist even when they didn't have to, like when my son left his airpod charging case on the airport shuttle. They located and held on to it for five days until our return. Above and beyond!

I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as often as I can when traveling for work. This was the worst one I think I've stayed at. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned well as there was trash behind the night stands when I arrived and the shampoo bottle was bone dry. The gym area is tiny compared to many other locations. The pool is fine but no hot tub like many other locations. The made to order omelette breakfast was not served at the same time as normal breakfast. I finished breakfast by 8 am both days I ate there and the station wasn't even setup. My last day I saw some omelettes being made around 9:30 though so I guess they do serve them but it's anyone's guess what time. The little "convenience store" area basically had nothing in it as well. It felt like staying at a hotel that was either about to go under or was brand new and trying to figure things out. It's not conveniently located near almost literally anything. Certainly not without a car and even if you drove, the turn in is kind of dangerous. If you want to stay at an Embassy Suites, stay at the one downtown. This felt like someone slapped an Embassy Suites sign on a Holiday Inn.

Terrible experience, we had booked two rooms and when we arrive to the hotel, it was 7 PM. They were no rooms available. Finally they gave us one room which had the smell of smoking and weed will never ever stay at the embassy extremely poor customer service. They had no timeline for anything. We were traveling with a small kid, exhausted after a full day. We had to cancel the booking and go to another hotel.

Absolutely the worst bedding for the fold out sofa, no pillow,& reg beds! We were told 24/7 shuttle service to airport ~ we had to take an Uber ~ Rooms were dirty ~ need updating BAD ~ NOT WORTH $$ I’ll never recommend this to any of my business colleagues

Great bar with friendly staff.. ideal location for airport travel

I loved the location to the airport.

Arrived at 11pm last minute booking for $$ because of delayed flight. The best part was prompt hotel pick up and friendly van driver. Arrived to hotel that had no room service, unstocked 'pantry' and the bar tender immediately walked away from the bar as we walked up. For 160+ dollars I really really regret staying here. We walked to the hotel in front of this one to get food. It was just as nice on the interior and better service.

Fit my needs, close to airport and galleria mall, accessible to interstate and sugar fire bbq.
