It's absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay an extra 30 plus dollars to park at the hotel on top of your room. Only other available parking around the hotel is metered parking. Will not stay there again

Horrible stay!! Toilet ran too long in tank. Also, seat did not stay up…parking one day 40 plus dollars ( high 30s one day plus tip) horrible for a college town in the dead of summer…
Got back to hotel after nice business dinner and found your rooftop bar closes early? Why?

I was under the impression Hilton Hotels were nice, but unfortunately learned that isn’t always the case.
Bathroom was disgusting. Pool was closed. Hallways look like they experienced water damage. The 2006 TV reception was spotty at best. Mini Fridge had the highest pitched frequency that made being in the room unbearable. Unplugging it meant moving a ~400 pound granite dresser, and no cold drinks/leftovers. Parking is at minimum $30+ per night. After parking, fees, and taxes, it is $200+ a night for a room that you don’t want to be in.
AC unit was loud, but that’s fairly normal and it was blowing cold air so no big deal there.
Valet staff was quick and friendly (Valet was $35, self parking $31).
It is in a good location, I will give them that.
Desk staff was average. Not outgoing or overly friendly. Just there to do their job. Which is fine, I suppose.
I heard good things about the fancy rooftop bar, but unfortunately didn’t have a chance to check it out. Open 5-10.
Will look elsewhere in my future business trips to Tallahassee.
(Trying to add the photos I took, but not sure they’re uploading)

Was quiet when we arrived Friday around 4PM, but traffic picks up during the evening. When we arrived, parking was confusing but the young man at the vallet podium was helpful in providing the different options for parking. Once parked, Sam was super kind at check-in and helpful in providing an excellent dining option within walking distance. We went twice. Enjoyed our stay as far as our service and of course the cookies! The guest were a bit rowdy...kids running in the hall, a birthday party next door, prom... Glad I was too tired to lose sleep.

The room had a musty smell and It was extremely loud. People coming in at all hours very loud. The parking garage had people yelling and cars squealing around at 3 am.
I did not get any sleep.

Lots of problems. One bath towel provided for a room sleeping 4. No working safe. Coffee shop and restaurant wasn’t opened. Staff said nobody showed up to work. Pool was out of service. We booked the hotel specially for food and pool on site. Was charged extra for parking when we had to leave and return to go out to get breakfast that the hotel didn’t provide.

The property was ok. JC at front desk was awesome. Price way too high for amenities. $15 'included' Breakfast was terrible, ran out of food, and understaffed. We were provided plastic eating utensils and room temp bottled water. Price for parking on top of $500 for one night in a standard room was outrageous. We will have freq6teups to Tallahassee for the next 4 years but this property is probably off the list.

Our stay was awesome. In arrival we noticed how well maintained both the inside and outside of our hotel. The lobby was upscale and impressive. We checkin with ease as our hotel representative was super nice and helpful as this was our first visit to the hotel and area. We chose to due self park in the garage and was able to find a great parking space close to the garage hotel entry door close to elevatos making it a breeze getting our luggage to our room. The roo was very nice with an updated bathroom fresh crisp towels and lux bedding. Checking out was equally easy. I am sorry we did not get to dine in the hotel rooftop restaurant Eve on Adam’s . I am sure the food and view were amazing. I look forward to our next visit. We will stay at this hotel again and will definitely dine at the rooftop restaurant.

This hotel is pretty on the surface. The beds are NOT comfortable, and the pillows are terrible. Valet parking is $36/day, the only way to tip is cash or via QR code - minimum tip $5 fee (over $1.5) EVERY TIME.
Not really walking distance to restaurants... No coffee in the morning - unless you buy it from Starbucks in the lobby. This hotel is not worth the price, I won't be staying again.
