Upon checking in the system was down . They checked us in via paper way. No air in the main hallways. The room was nice however the bathroom shower had mold the whole way around it. The drain in the shower was clogged and was very slow to drain. The air conditioner kept going off and had a hard time coming back on. Breakfast was not out until right on the dot at 0700. Very big inconvenience for people who are traveling and are up at 0600.

Me an my Family stayed here because we had a football camp at FSU, all I can say is I picked a great place to stay when I was on my phone in Clemson SC the week before. Very safe I had to scan my key card to enter the building after a certain time, you even have to scan your key card to use the elavators. The breakfast was decent the staff was amazing the rooms are amazing, only thing they charge for parking if you are there for 2 days or more wish I would of known that but besides that everything was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

We selected this hotel as it has electric vehicle chargers (EV Chargers). Well, they do have chargers, but there is no way to charge your vehicle for two reasons: 1) all the chargers are broken, even the two Tesla chargers 2) Most of the time we were there, large trucks were parked in the EV charger parking spots, and no-one in the hotel seems to care. The hotel is poorly maintained; the rooms and bathrooms are "run down," the shower curtain is hanging partially off the wall, the hot water takes forever to come warm, and the refrigerator is entirely rusty and dirty. Do not come here, especially if you have an EV!!

Our rewards dollars were not applied at checkin and we have been charged the full price - when I asked the front desk said hotels.com didn’t send it to the hotel :( Not happy! And at 3:30am someone pulled the fire alarm repeatedly so had to evacuate to the parking lot and never got back to sleep as we had to be up early! Again not happy at all! Very rough night! Overall the hotel is very nice but I want my rewards dollars to be applied ($105)! Especially since you emailed me a receipt that that had been applied, but the hotel says they haven’t!

Everything was great. A full refrigerator and beds for 6. This is the perfect place for a family of 6 to stay!! This location had several different food options to choose from in the same parking lot so no need to drive to dinner, which is a great plus.

Nice room, very clean. Room was a little loud from exterior parking lot noise. Good breakfast. Friendly efficient service. The location is excellent, with walking distance to coffee shop and several restaurants. Centrally located for FSU or FAMU games/activities or the capital.

There are a lot of great things about this property: great staff, free parking and breakfast, wonderful location. The negatives were the wet dog smell in the 2nd floor hallway and LOTS of mold in the bathroom, it was all around the upper walls and the bathroom was not the cleanest (prior guest hair in shower and mold).

I was in on a business trip. I’ve travels many times and this was the most pleasant! It was a smooth transition and out, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. I will be coming back!
