We fit 5 of us in a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. It worked just fine. The restaurant onsite was very good (breakfast). The free shuttle to downtown was really appreciated so that we didn't have to worry about parking (and having a beer). Alexandria at the front desk was a rock star. My daughter left her epi pen in our room and Alexandria went above and beyond to look for it herself and found it behind a curtain.

Once again, Cambria Suites provided us with a lovely “base of operations” for our exploration of the Traverse City area. Ryan and all the front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and a joy to work with. The food at Reflect was wonderful and the desserts were fantastic! Our suite was lovely and all the shuttle staff were great. We had a wonderful time and Cambria contributed greatly! Special thanks to Cyle, Ryan, Alex, Joel, Richard, Lyndsay, Kayla, Mary Pat, and Chef Nick and Chef Deb. You guys really know the meaning of customer service!

The Cambria went above and beyond our expectations! From the check in to the check out we were treated like family. We loved the beautiful restaurant and Joel who drove the shuttle was so friendly and helpful. Being able to explore downtown without having to drive and just having to make a quick call to get picked up was awesome. The hotel is less than 2 miles from downtown but in a quieter area so the road noise isn’t very loud and yet we were close enough to everything we needed. Having the shuttle was definitely a great reason to stay a little out of the downtown area. The bartender was great as were the drinks served. The beds were very comfortable and the 24/7 pool and hot tub and fitness room were great! We will be back at the Cambria for sure!!

What a wonderful find. Nice hotel with indoor pool, good restaurant , and guest laundry. Free ride into town and back. Very large suite. Comfy beds. Friendly staff including front desk, cleaning staff , and drivers of complimentary shuttle.

Great food. The staff was very courteous. There is shuttle services available to be taken to certain areas. It was close to Front Street (popular shopping area). I will definitely will be coming again.

Great place to stay, second time here. Reflect Bistro is awesome and we love that they offer free shuttle downtown!
