Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good breakfast. Only complaint was tight parking spots, even for compact cars.

The staff was great! The property is showing its age a little, but it is VERY clean. Great value for price. I appreciated the front desk arranging my transportation to the airport.

Reasonably sized rooms; quiet room. Included hot breakfast was good and had a good range of options. A/C worked well. Restaurant across the parking lot was convenient. Good location - except at rush hour! No complaints worth mentioning..

Only downside was tight parking. Otherwise, a great experience. Staff definitely was the highlight as all team members were friendly and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had various options and coffee was good! If ever in Traverse City again, will definitely stay here.

The front desk staff was very helpful, professional, and kind. The facility was clean. One of the main reasons I chose to stay here was the transportation to the airport. If I was here longer I would tale advantage of the shuttle into downtown.

Everything about the place was just fine. My only complaint is that the parking is limited and the facility was full, finding a place to park was challenging. I had to park in the restaurant parking lot next door.

No exterior cameras and parking spots too small for an average size car. Oir var was side swiped in the parking lot overnight and no way to know who did it. Won't stay there again.
