Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

Parking was quite a challenge. I finally got the last space towards the back of the building. One elevator was out of order and there was a full house of residents. My room was quite expensive and was in a dark location. Since I am a senior citizen it seemed quite out of the way. I did not complain because the hotel was full but I would not stay here again.Every time I left the hotel and returned parking was quite difficult.

We stayed here because it was close to the Dallas airport. The only bummer was that you had to pay for parking even though it’s in suburbia. It wasn’t super expensive, but we were surprised. The bed was super comfy. It was relatively quiet, which was helpful. Having a two room suite is probably what made it so.

The rooms were ok. Needs to be upgraded. The peace and quiet and the hospitality was superb. No complaints. It use to be free parking and now you have to pay I believe 😊

The shuttle never showed up at the airport even after we called to get information about where to wait and let them know we were there. The room was dingy and it didn’t look like the sheets on the sofa bed had been cleaned.

I don’t usually like to write bad reviews or any reviews much for that matter, but feel compelled to comment on our stay at this Embassy Suites on this occasion. We have been loyal customers of this Embassy Suites for years, and have stayed there on many occasions on our way to and back from foreign postings. We like that it’s close to Dulles and spacious enough to accommodate a family of five and a lot of luggage. This will likely be our last stay there, however, due to the poor condition of the room and service. Our room (room 209) was in atrocious condition. The first thing I noted was a general musty smell that smelled like trying to cover up smoke smells. I then began to notice that the bathroom was not very clean—there were hairs around and it just didn’t feel very thoroughly cleaned. I also discovered some dried rice on the wet bar sink, which again felt like a poor cleaning job. We next discovered that the shower faucet was completely broken and you had to really wrestle with it to get the water on and off. Perhaps worst of all, the chair and couch in the room were filthy and stained, and the couch was completely sprung, leaving you feeling like you were sitting in a hole. Because we arrived late (it was past 10 pm and had 15 suitcases and bags) and had been traveling for more than 24 hours, I opted to just stay in the room rather than ask for a change. It was a disappointing stay, however, and put me off from wanting to stay there again.

Convenient they get to the airport. But could not locate the return shuttle from the airport.

Great location. Shuttles for the airport. Breakfast was awesome. Cook to order eggs. Rooms are spacious

Check in was easy. Thankfully you can pay at the desk for parking slough they encourage you to use the scan n pay. Room was warm even though gough we turned AC to 63°F Mattress very firm n pillows not very comfortable although there were plenty of them.

Hotel lobby is very nice, pool is small but the jacuzzi was perfect! Room needs updated - some rust in the bathroom and the carpet was ripped in the living space. Appreciated the suite size (3 beds) but the adjourning door didn’t lock… We did have to call for additional towels and to fix a clogged sink but the team came quickly and was very nice. We wish parking was included in the price of the hotel.

Bed was hard. Had to pay additional for parking when I arrived or be towed while I tried to sleep. Water was being shut off at 10a, so had to leave before then. No bottled water in room. Lots of outside noise. Only redeeming quality was the desk clerk was nice.
