Very bland hotel. The room was big but had issues including non-latching doors and grimy corners in the bathroom. Ok for a quick night near the airport but nothing great

Very nice stay. Only thing that could be better is an explanation of the parking policy. I arrived thinking I could pay to park for my total trip at the hotel, but their long-term parking (except their overnight parking for people staying each day they park) is run by third party groups.

Very clean, I didn't eat inside hotel or drink at the bar. Swimming pool was clean also, the gym was well maintained as well. I really liked the airport shuttle, no need to uber or rent a car.

The hotel receptionist that checked us in was curt. She didn’t smile, just asked for cc and Id and gave us room keys. She didn’t explain amenities or the parking fee which was surprising because it costs $15 to park in an open air, unsecured parking lot that should have been free. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was noisy and blew directly on us when in bed. It was too cold on and too warm with it off. I had such a hard time trying to sleep. After finally adjusting to the room temperature and falling asleep at 3am, I was awakened by the woman in adjoining room at 7 am who was speaking loudly on the phone. The rooms lack soundproofing because I could clearly hear the woman's conversation. I gave up on going back to sleep because the conversation went on for at least an hour. I will not be staying here again.

Everyone at check in and check out was so nice and accommodating. Room was clean and had the big soap and shampoo which I like. Would def stay again if I'm stuck at IAD again. The shuttle was on time and free. Perfect airport stay

Stay was good, rooms nice, and was a reasonable price compared to others nearby. The shuttle to the airport was good, but it's small so make sure you let them know if you have a lot of bags or have a large group as it fills up. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend it.

Its a nice hotel and close to airport. Room was clean and check-in was good. It would be good if they upfront advertise the nightly parking chargers ($15). Overall it was worth the price and would recommend for next stay.
