This is a great hotel close to the airport with an airport shuttle starting at 5 AM. The staff is always friendly and kind. You will want to eat dinner somewhere else as there are no walkable restaurants but the metro is very close and walkable

It was amzing. Only thing it needs the shuttle to run often from the airport.

I have been to the Hyatt so many times and in so many countries. It is one of my favorite hotel chains because it’s clean, great service, and always great locations and that’s why I booked a room for my mom there. However, her experience was as far from what I experienced in the past with the staff. The receptionist made sure to welcome and give all information needed to the person ahead of her but when it was her turn she says the receptionist picked up the phone and started talking on the phone and instead of appropriately asking her to wait for him he started directing her with his hands. He also never gave her any information about breakfast or airport shuttle and just handed her the keys with no directions or information. I was surprised to know that someone that works at the Hyatt was so unprofessional.

A lovely convenient hotel to stay at before having to fly back home. The staff were lovely and the food is good and having the ability to leave luggage behind for a last bit of exploring was super helpful.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Hotel in Herndon Dulles airport east, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a blend of comfort and modern amenities.

I prefer the Hyatt Place hotels where ever I travel. Nice new contemporary rooms. Clean and well maintained. Very convenient to Dulles airport. They have a free airport shuttle.

The shuttle service was a mess. I waited more than 35 min, and when the driver arrive to pick me up he was upset and had a very bad attitude. Very disappointing after all the wait.
