NALA individuellhotel

NALA is truly a great place to stay, location can't be beat, it is a little out of the main tourist area but still walkable to everywhere, while we did get the free bus card provided at the hotel if you stay 2 or more nights but didn't use it and walked everywhere because it was close and the city was beautiful and felt very safe. (two women in their 30s traveling). Our room was very clean and comfortable, we even had another friend show up a day early and the front desk provided a cot which they set up while we were out which was so nice to come back to it already taken care of. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked really good but does cost 19 euros which is probably worth it based on the convenience and variety but we liked to get out into the city. We rented e-bikes one day from Die Boerse down the street which I strongly recommend to explore some of the towns nearby. (No tour just explored). Another amazing perk was the meeting rooms/sitting rooms available to use anytime (we had a few late meetings for work as it was daytime back home) and it was nice to have an alternative to the room, to let the others sleep. Wifi was great throughout the spaces. Also rooftop deck and back patio was lovely on nice afternoons as well. I would absolutely stay here anytime I am in Innsbruck.

This hotel was fantastic! very clean and nice rooms, including an outdoor lounge, garden, and balconies. The breakfast buffet had many gourmet options as well. Only a short walk from the main station as well as much of the attractions in Innsbruck Austria, and the staff were very friendly, receptionist Michael was very helpful with directions and advice for my stay in Innsbruck. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers or couples who are looking for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic location, about 10min walk from the city center but so quiet! The on-site parking (for a fee) and rooftop terrace were a plus. Great beds, interesting room design, but I guess this is the hotels style. The staff was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay, we definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was amazing, especially the girl who checked me in - super friendly, warm, hospitable and helpful, made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler at the hotel. I received a room upgrade to a nice room by the terrace with a view of the lovely garden and can even see the Bergisel ski jump in the distance. While many commented on the smaller size of the room, it is built in a very smart way that provides everything you would need in your stay. They make good use of things like built-in shelves, sliding panels etc. Even the housekeeping lady (the one with short hair) was super friendly and sweet. The price point was great, walking distance to train station, old town, dining options etc. Internet was stable for remote work. Overall, i highly recommend and will not hesitate to stay again.

Nala is a fantastic hotel. The staff is so wonderful, doing everything possible to ensure that you have a great stay. The brunch was great. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when I travel to Innsbruck.

Our room was lovely. We even had cut crystal glasses -- a first for me, the world traveler! The reception clerk came to our room (I'm traveling with a friend) and made up the sofa bed, which was VERY comfortable, for me -- no easy task for this senior. We were both sorry only to have one night in our lovely garden room with two TV's and a relaxing vibe...

Well located with car parking. A whacky room with clever use of space. Comfortable bed. Luckily I am 1.93m tall otherwise hanging clothes would have been an issue. Overall well priced, good value and a hotel I will return to if in Innsbruck again.

I loved the hotel! They take care of every single detail and know how to treat you and make you feel welcome. They offered a glass of Prosecco when we arrived and when we left they gave us a chocolate bar. You can have your parking slot for an excellent price. The room was big enough and clean. Our room was the bathroom living, very nice :) If I ever come back, I’ll choose this hotel once again
