Best Western Plus Prince George

Highly recommend this place for any travelers staying in Prince George area. I got to say this is the best Best Western Hotel that i have been to. The facility is clean, welcoming and it even has a water park with a decent size pool. The laundry service is $3 to wash and $3 to dry. It's amazing.

We were late travelling, called the hotel to tell continually put on hold, felt like it was rude to be honest, then we got there the door was locked but the guy let us in.

Property is newer and has ample parking. Our room was relatively spacious with a vaulted ceiling. Waterslide has weird hours that aren't posted (that I could find) so the kids were disappointed they couldn't use the slide. It was the reason we booked. Pool was just ok.

Check in staff Geshua was not friendly. Hello w/no smile at your front desk is not very welcoming.She asked for ID & credit card - standard practice at a hotel, which I am aware - but before swiping a customer’s credit card, she should be telling the customer what she is doing. The room was paid for, she could at least communicate that she is just swiping the card for incidentals. She communicated nothing about room cleaning to us, although signage in the elevator said that like we were told at check in, rooms would be cleaned on the second night of your stay but if you needed anything before that to seek assistance. The property itself is nice. Lots of parking is available, the breakfast offers lots of options & a nice dining spot to enjoy it. We wanted to use the pool & slide but the slide being open just at certain times didn’t work with our schedule & we missed out on being able to use it. The room was clean when we arrived but there were only three towels to begin with, we are a family of four. If the room is not to be cleaned until the second night of a stay & there are two beds in the room, there should be four towels to start with. We were in need of those towels, a refill on toilet paper, & in-room coffee by the second night & had been looking forward to coming back to a room cleaned after a long day of shopping. Unfortunately nothing had been done. It is very inconvenient to have to search out everything in the evening. Check out with Geshua was also poor.

Walking path to the super center. Also staff was so accomidating had an early flight and they gave me a room at 1130am and late check out. Breakfast was great and rooms were new and modern

I really like this property. The beds are super comfortable nice big rooms. Perfect for families. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast has lots of great food options even for the picky eaters. They have a lot of parking options. If I was to be picky I would say they needed to put in deep tubs as travellers like to relax in their rooms. I know there is a pool with hot tub option however some just don’t want to go down to the main floor. I highly recommend this hotel with what you get compared to price.

Hotel was nice, but vehicle was broken into in the parking lot, be careful about what you leave in your car even if it is locked.

The Hotel is quite new so it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the free espresso drinks were a great bonus. The only issue we had was noise in the hallway. The Hotel was full and we had people wake us up late at night, and again early in the morning. The gap under the door allowed the sound to travel right into our room.

Good hotel nice and quiet. Big parking lot. A hot breakfast and also a to go breakfast option.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms are spacious and very clean, along with updated. The parking was good. Breakfast was excellent!! Many options to choose from along with many options for tea and coffee, my families favourite was the espresso machine. The pool and hot tub were wonderful but the slide was not working, so that was disappointing. Other than that I would recommend anyone staying there with or without children it was an excellent stay. The price was comparable and competitive with the other hotels in town.
