Poor parking lot lighting

Stayed several times in past for work was nice stayed for months on end, this time however was different. it was all about a corp cutting back on everything to make money money nothing else, lack of service, and upkeep. stayed on August long weekend for three days with wife in a one bedroom suite. I'm very well travelled and roll with whatever happens. First was the $150 deposit that was explained as a hold okay I get it what i don't get is that it can only be a credit card and held long after your stay 5-7 business days or more time to get rid of it you already have my credit card info from paying for the room. Next the room Faucet in kitchen was broken off the sink and left hanging the chairs white pleather was flaking off so much when you got up the trial would follow you across the carpet, disgusting stained pillow cases, bed never made once in whole stay, towels never changed in whole stay, room never tidied in whole stay we had to go get towels each time we showered went to pool it was small but nice problem the door to enter pool and gym didn't work with key cards had to go to front desk and be let in manually even though they knew about problem the front desk person put a towel in door then we get blamed for leaving door open while we were in pool by another staff member we didn't put it there and didn't know the front desk person did. wont stay again there are much nicer hotels close by sorry but save your money

The parking stalls are too small

The rooms were very clean but the common areas need more vacuuming, such as the hallways. The tiles and carpet need replacing and updating. There were rat droppings plus dirt under the couch in the lobby upon my arrival, but it was attended immediately by staff who called pest control. Regular daily checks would have found this issue. I found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The parking lot could use a good sweep. I really enjoyed the restaurant as well, great food and the service staff superb.

The parking is a struggle.

There was one staff member ,Michelle that made our stay very pleasant. Her smile and happy attitude was very welcoming. Other staff members were not that polite or very happy. After i booked my hotel stay, I had to call the front desk and spoke with someone who was not helpful and sounded not very happy. Also,the gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant. He checked me in just before 3pm cause I had changed my flight. I absolutely loved your coffee service and the cookies that was available. Great service. Safe and pleasant property. The room was nice but being on the 1st floor was not ideal for me. Staff talking early in the morning sounded like they were in our room. Bed was very uncomfortable and woke up every morning with a sore back. My tiolet was making loud noises and was very hard to sleep. Also, I had to request to have my room cleaned which was very odd. I thought it would be cleaned daily like every other hotel. Property was clean and well maintained. Will stay again as long as I am not on the first floor close to the elevator. Thank you
