Parking was terrible. No reserved parking for hotel guests, casino parking took up the whole area so had to walk the other side of the vacant lot when checking out

Loved the hotel but parking was at a premium due to the casino parking taking a majority of all the lots! Get in early to get a good parking spot

It would be nice if the casino and the hotel had designated parking. It was super embarrassing to go and wnter my hotel room and we were double booked and so we walked into someone else's room.

Beds are very hard. Rooms aren’t very quiet. But it’s clean. Parking …. Expect a long walk to get inside with the casino at the same location parking fills up quickly. Bonus with the slides and pool. Too bad the hot tub was down for most of our stay.

We had originally booked in at the travel lodge as we needed a room with 3 queen beds as we are a large family. The travel lodge was disgusting so we cancelled that and came over to the prestige. The price was high- especially for not having breakfast included. We were about $310 a night for the room. The pool was great and open later than most hotel pools we’ve seen. Parking was tricky at times if the casino was busy but we managed to find parking every-time still. Won a couple hundred at the casino so put that towards the room ;)

Staff on check in were fantastic, the room was very nice and clean. Bed was ok. However…. Booked a balcony room for a romantic evening. The “balcony” was basically on a closed in section of the roof with a view of the back parking lot full of construction material. The room was also right next to the elevator and mechanical room which I heard all night making for a horrible sleep. Not what I would’ve expected for the amount we paid for the room.
